A serene and inviting space located in Milnerton, Yarrow Yoga is a yoga studio that opened in November 2020, founded by Heinrich 'Krappie' Rautenbach. Yarrow Yoga opened its doors in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, creating a serene and safe space for fellow Yogis and Yoga teachers alike to practice during such uncertain times.
In November 2020, Krappie took over as lead teacher, and Yarrow Yoga quickly started becoming very popular with local Yogis from the area.
We believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice; it is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.

Our owner and dedicated teacher, Heinrich "Krappie" Rautenbach, completed his 200hr YTT training with the Mzanzi School of Yogic Arts under the leadership of Lauren Mensikovas in November 2020. He further expanded his expertise with a 50hr Yin Yoga Training at the Wellness Connection, guided by Tarryn James in April 2021. Additionally, he completed his Breathwork TT (YACEP) in January 2025 and qualified as a Neuro-Life Coach (ICR accredited) in October 2025.
Heinrich's passion for yoga shines through in each class, ensuring a yoga experience that is both accessible and transformative.

Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation. Join us for a yin yoga class and experience the benefits of this restorative practice.
Our Vinyasa classes are slower paced and mindful, incorporating breath with movement so that you can find the pose without having to rush to the next.

Bookings are done via Whatsapp and are strictly first come, first serve.
For same-day classes, booking needs to be done before 15h00.
If it is your first time with us at our yoga studio, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get acquainted and settled in.
